Her passion for helping others, combined with her expertise in human services and education, has shaped both organizations into leaders in person-centered support. Under her guidance, Vertam Services and Community Pathway Group have grown into trusted resources, creating meaningful opportunities for individuals to thrive, learn, and succeed.

Pariss Samuels- Vice President of Programs
Pariss Samuels, VP of Programs at Vertam Services and Community Pathway Group, brings over 15 years of experience in behavioral therapy and direct support. She expertly designs and structures programs to meet the unique needs of the individuals we support, ensuring services are effective, meaningful, and empowering.
Pariss’s leadership and expertise help maintain high-quality, person-centered care, making a positive impact on the lives of everyone in our programs. Her leadership is instrumental in maintaining high-quality, innovative, and compassionate care, while also mentoring and guiding our staff to uphold the highest standards. Pariss’s work ensures that the people we serve always come first, creating a positive, lasting impact on lives and communities.
Della Burks- Business Support Specialist
Della is an experienced Office Manager with over 15 years of experience in customer service and administrative leadership. She specializes in operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and team coordination, while also playing a key role in client relations and direct support services. Her work has contributed to improved client satisfaction through structured feedback systems and streamlined administrative processes.
She is skilled in managing daily office operations, maintaining confidential records, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Della brings a strong background in healthcare and service-based environments, where professionalism, accuracy, and client-centered care are essential. She works closely with clients, staff, and community partners to ensure services are delivered efficiently and with compassion.
Della holds certifications in Medical Assisting and Business and Office Administration, along with current CPR and First Aid credentials. Known for her reliability, organization, and supportive approach, Della is committed to strengthening client relationships and supporting teams in delivering high-quality services.
