Founded in 2025 in Maryland by Kirsten Lewis, Community Pathway Group was created as the sister company to Vertam Services, sharing the same core values of Unity, Innovation, Excellence, Respect, and Connection.

Community Pathway Group was established to expand access to supported employment services, focusing on helping individuals connect with meaningful, inclusive, and ethical workplace opportunities. Guided by a person-centered approach, we work alongside job seekers, employers, and community partners to create sustainable employment pathways that strengthen both individuals and communities.
